Job summary

Pivot is recruiting a Finance Assistant to join our Central Team in Huddersfield. The role supports all Pivot provisions, handling purchase ledgers and general financial tasks, with a focus on accuracy, professionalism and collaboration.

The successful candidate will work 35.5 hours per week, year-round, at Dyson Wood Way, Huddersfield. Salary between £28,470.85 and £32,046.55 depending on experience, with flexible working arrangements and early finish Fridays.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Assistant with experience in bookkeeping or purchase ledger processes.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the smooth running of Pivot’s financial operations.
• Support with all aspects of the purchase ledger.
• Assist with other finance and administrative matters.
• Assist with the training and advising of staff as required.
