Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Finance Assistant for an established manufacturing organisation based in Dundee. This ongoing temporary role involves accounts receivable, credit control, contract billing and financial analysis within a small finance team.

You'll work closely with the Assistant Business Controller and colleagues across the wider business, using Excel for reporting and analytics to support revenue accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, AR or credit control roles.
• Solid knowledge of general ledger and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, credit control, payments and reconciliations.
• Review contracts, investigate invoice discrepancies and report revenue.
• Use Excel to analyse finances, prepare reports and spot variances.
• Liaise with customers, sales and internal teams to resolve payments.
