Vacancy Description

1. Processing UK Parts Centre invoices onto our finance system.
2. Matching UK Parts Centre invoices against purchase orders through our system.
3. Goods Received Not Invoiced processing and maintenance.
4. Process intercompany invoices through stock mark-up procedure.
5. Investigating differences and anomalies on the above tasks with the Financial Controller.
6. Supporting Intercompany reconciliations with the Assistant Accountant.
7. Provide holiday cover and support over busy periods to the Accounts Payable team.
8. Undertake a Level 2 Finance Assistant Apprenticeship, completing set modules on time and attending college as necessary.
9. Use of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
10. Learn Crown administrative procedures, and how to use in-house and partner software.
11. This role is expected to evolve over time, taking on more responsibilities as skills are developed, including support for day-to-day fleet management.
