Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage pupil records and data, including FSM/PP updates; assist with audits.
  • Process payments for school meals, trips and activities; follow cash handling procedures.
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies; photocopying, laminating, scanning, etc.
  • Support communication with parents regarding pupil welfare and emergencies.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices for audit purposes.
  • Assist with organising school trips, clubs and events; support social media/community engagement.
