The role focuses on high-quality transactional finance support, including purchase orders, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records within the Finance & Procurement Directorate, supporting Children's Service.

Rate of Pay: £13.05- £17.24 per hour
The Finance Assistant provides high-quality financial and administrative support to the Finance & Procurement Directorate, with a particular focus on supporting the Children's Service. The role is responsible for accurate and timely transactional finance activities, including raising and managing purchase orders, processing and resolving invoice queries, maintaining financial records and supporting users of the Council's financial management systems.
