A leading company in Stourport-on-Severn is seeking a Finance Assistant for a flexible part-time role. Ideal candidates will have AAT qualifications and at least two years' experience in finance.

Daily stock reconciliation and resolving finance-related queries
Sales invoice preparation and client invoicing
Credit control and management of the sales ledger
Processing purchase ledger invoices and reconciling supplier statements
Recording expenses, mileage claims, and ad-hoc costs using Sage 50
Overseeing insurance renewals and company vehicle records
Providing occasional admin support to other departments and taking incoming calls
AAT qualified (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar finance/accounts role
Confident in using Sage 50, Microsoft Excel, and Word
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
A self-starter who's comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Strong administrative and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach
Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (pro rata)
Flexible part-time hours (3-4 days per week)
