You’ll be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and possess the interpersonal skills required to build strong, collaborative relationships across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations: Report directly to the Finance Operations Manager, taking ownership of the day-to-day accounting operations. This includes the end-to-end processing of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receiveable, and maintenance of the General Ledger to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Payment Management: Lead the efficient execution of weekly payment runs across multiple currencies. You will be responsible for ensuring high attention to detail in payment scheduling, vendor reconciliations and settlement processes, optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency
  • Cashflow & Forecasting: Assist the Finance Operations Manager with cashflow management and forecasting

  • Compliance & Contracting: Oversee the company expenses system and proactively document financial policies. You will also support the team by drawing up key vendor documentation, including NDAs and Contractor Agreements, to ensure full regulatory and internal compliance
  • Process & Policy Control: Documenting business and system processes and finance-related policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Process Improvement: Take the lead in documenting business and system processes. You will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our finance workflows.
  • Reporting: Provide hands‑on support for month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met with provision
  • Operational Support: Support the wider teams with ad hoc operational duties, ensuring the department remains agile and responsive to business needs.
  • Experience: At least 2 years’ experience within a Finance/Accounting role
  • Accounting Expertise: Experience with general ledger functions and familiarity with month-end and year-end close procedures
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, GSuite, Concur, Procim, Xero, and Syft is advantageous
  • Global Awareness: Experience with managing transactions across multiple currencies (including AED, EUR, USD and CHF)
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills, with effective stakeholder management skills
  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required. An AAT qualification or equivalent is highly advantageous
  • Right to Work: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and candidates must possess the legal right to work in the UK
  • Systems & Administration: Keen system and administration skills
  • AI & Innovation: A key interest in AI process implementation
  • Competitive Salary: £35k to 40k (depending on experience)
  • Work-Life Balance: A generous starting allowance of 26 days of annual leave + bank holidays (accruing 1 additional day each year, up to 30 days)
  • Career Potential: This is a full-time position offering exposure to an industry-leading agency.
  • Office-based role in our Shoreditch studio — collaborate in person with a passionate creative team
  • Flexible 7-hour workdays (core hours 10am–4pm)
