CMA is delighted to be recruiting for our Poole, Dorset client who are experiencing rapid growth within their successful specialist distribution business. They currently have a requirement for a Finance Assistant to join their busy finance team on a permanent basis, they are paying up to £28,000 per annum.

This is a great opportunity for a Finance Assistant who is wanting a hands on varied transactional role. Where you will be supporting the Management Accountant and Financial controller where you will be working in a collaborative team liaising with multiple departments. This role is ideally suited to someone who has gained hands on experience working in a high-volume environment supporting in daily reconciliations and use to handling large volumes of data.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

• Sales ledger, allocation of payments.
• Daily reconciliations of customer accounts
• Bank reconciliations;
• Supplier reconciliations;
• Cashbook;
• Supporting in month end;
• Ad hoc duties.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

• Confident Excel user;
• High volume environment, handling large data sets.
• Self-motivated individual and enjoys working as part of a team;
• Either AAT studier or qualified by experience.
