Northamptonshire Arts Management Trust is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Manager and wider team with day-to-day financial processes and administration.
The role involves purchase ledger and general administration, preparing payments, handling cash, assisting with month-end schedules, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Job Purpose:
Provide hands‑on assistance to the Finance Manager and support to the Finance Team to ensure a quality service is being provided to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the day‑to‑day workings of the Finance Team enabling improved business performance through accurate recording of financial information.
