Job summary

proviT LTD in Naseby, Northamptonshire, is seeking a Finance Assistant to join a growing family-run business. The role is on-site five days a week handling day-to-day transactional finance and more than just invoicing. You must drive due to rural location.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, credit control, reconciliations, maintaining ledgers, and general administration. Applicants should have at least 3 years in transactional finance; knowledge of Xero is desirable and construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of transactional finance experience.
• Experience in construction industry preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems; Xero experience desirable.

Finance Assistant

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant for a growing family run business who is looking for someone to take over the day to day transactional finance onsite. This role is covering a wide range of responsibilities and requires someone who wants to do more than just process invoices.

Due to the location you must drive and happy to work onsite 5 days a week.

What would you be doing?

What experience do you need?

• At least 3 years transactional finance experience
• Prior experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
• Happy to do a range of tasks
• Fully computer literate, Xero experience is desirable
