What You'll Be Doing

  • Process supplier invoices-accurately and efficiently-while identifying errors and potential fraud.
  • Obtain stakeholder approvals and manage invoice payments with the correct coding and cost allocation.
  • Reconcile bank statements, match invoices, and manage employee expense reports.
  • Constantly seek out process enhancements-from automation to smarter use of AI.
  • Drive improvements in how we manage payables, receivables, and monthly close tasks.
  • Contribute ideas and help implement smarter tools for invoice handling, reporting, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor outstanding debts and proactively follow up.
  • Use tech to prioritise and automate reminders and communications.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and deliver process improvements.
  • Get involved in exciting, cross-functional initiatives that support your development and visibility within the business.
