X1 Lettings in Liverpool is seeking a Finance Account Manager to join the fast-paced Finance Team. You will oversee the allocation of rental income across a portfolio of properties within multiple X1 buildings and work closely with the Lettings team to allocate outstanding rental receipts and assist with weekly rental debt reports.
You will process daily payments to landlords in the UK and overseas, ensure payments to suppliers, generate monthly performance reports, and review business accounts
