You will help manage student deposits and refunds, process sales invoices and credit notes, and support the collection of outstanding balances by working with site teams on arrears and payment queries.
You will assist the Management Accountant with month-end tasks, including the preparation of journals, accruals, prepayments and supporting schedules, and help prepare information for VAT returns and the year-end audit. You will also process staff expenses and site petty cash, maintain accurate filing and audit trails, respond to queries from site teams, students and suppliers, and provide cover and support to the purchase ledger team and wider finance team as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a finance or accounts role, ideally within property, lettings or a multi-site business.
