About Us. We are a results-driven marketing agency providing clients with actionable insights and data-backed strategies. As part of our growth, we’re looking for a skilled Finance Executive to take ownership of financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. This is a key role in helping our team and clients make informed business decisions based on financial data and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow tracking.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
3. Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
4. Monitor key financial indicators and provide variance analysis.
5. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, vendors, clients).
6. Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
7. Support decision-making through financial modelling and business analysis.
8. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in a finance or accounting role (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with accounting software is a plus (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
