Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking to join a fast-paced organisation based in the South Side of Glasgow? If so, please get in touch; we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collate weekly banking and deposit at the bank in line with company procedures.
2. Process payment runs.
3. Reconcile purchase ledgers to nominal ledgers monthly.
4. Reconcile supplier statements with purchase ledger balances monthly.
5. Record CIS deductions and update supplier records.
6. Monitor the Finance mailbox for supplier queries.
7. Perform other finance duties as required.

Candidate Requirements:

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience who are looking to expand their skill set within a dynamic organisation. Candidates must have relevant experience in a similar position, be comfortable communicating with senior management, and possess a flexible, can-do work ethic. The ability to work well as part of a team is essential.
