Overview

The Finance Apprentice will collaborate with the finance team to support daily financial operations. This role involves learning and assisting with tasks such as bookkeeping, reporting, invoicing, and data analysis. You will gain exposure to key financial processes with structured training to develop your skills and career in finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Support bank statement and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments.
• Assist with purchase ledger, billing, and revenue calculations.
• Support Primary and Secondary Care financial administration.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support audits.
• Develop expertise in Sage, Datarails, Excel, and Tipalti.
• Contribute to month-end reporting and financial investigations.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and schedules.
• Participate in ad hoc finance projects as needed.
