Qualifications

GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or equivalent.
Genuine interest in finance and understanding of day-to-day operations.
Excellent communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
Self-motivated, eager to learn and develop new skills.
Flexible and proactive approach to work with strong problem solving.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Undertake a structured 4-year Finance Apprenticeship Programme, completing a recognised qualification.
Gain experience across all areas of the Finance Department via rotations.
Support live finance projects with data analysis, reporting and process improvements.
Assist with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and budgeting support.
Provide reception cover and perform day-to-day administrative duties.
Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
