Finance Apprentice at Porsche Retail Group

Join Porsche Retail Group as a Finance Apprentice and kickstart your career in a dynamic, innovative environment. Gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and controlling while working alongside industry experts. Develop your skills through practical training and real projects, contributing to the success of a global premium brand.

Responsibilities

1. Support various aspects of Purchase and Sales ledger
2. Maintain PRG Bank accounts and reconciliations
3. Process the Porsche centres' cash sheet
4. Post Journals through Month End
5. Assist with preparing the P11D/PSA and Corporation Tax
6. Assist in the preparation of month-end accounts
7. Manage daily KPIs and reporting for decision-making and performance improvement across PRG operations
8. Support Group Reporting Accountant and Group Financial Planning and Reporting Manager with forecasting requirements
9. Perform ad hoc duties in collaboration with the Finance Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed GCSEs in Maths & English; A-levels to be finished by 2025
• Strong interest in finance, accounting, and business processes
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills and team spirit

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience or internships in finance or related fields
• Knowledge of accounting systems or financial software
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and demonstrate commitment
