Finance Apprentice Role

We support your development through our Apprenticeship Scheme, which includes day release at Croydon College to achieve a Level 3 Finance Support qualification, leading to an AAT qualification and potential permanent employment.

Responsibilities

1. Record and process daily financial transactions.
2. Monitor financial reports and transactions.
3. Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring correct coding.
4. Process bank payments.
5. Understand purchase and sales ledgers.
6. Assist with month-end finance procedures.
7. Support auditors by providing necessary information.

Requirements

Minimum qualification in Maths and English is required; no other prior qualifications are necessary.

This role is on a fixed-term 18-24 month contract, full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with one day per week at college.
