Job summary

Cedar Recruitment is partnering with a well-established central London communications business to recruit a Finance & Operations Manager. You will lead accounts payable, expenses, invoicing, cash management and month-end processes, with a strong focus on accuracy and stakeholder communication.

The role requires 3+ years in finance, strong Xero skills, AAT qualification or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, good UK VAT knowledge and excellent Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ finance experience.
• Strong Xero experience – essential.
• AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA.
• Good knowledge of UK VAT.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident dealing with clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders.

Cedar has partnered with a successful and well established communications business based in central London, working across corporate communications, public affairs and strategic campaigns.

It is a high-performing, close-knit business with a strong reputation, and this is a great opportunity to join a small team where your work will have genuine visibility and impact.

The successful candidate will be a strong finance professional, ideally part-qualified, with excellent Xero experience, strong attention to detail and the confidence to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
