Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance and Office Manager with a charity that inspires people living with HIV to live healthy and confident lives. This is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working arrangements, requiring presence in the office 3 days per week.

As Finance and Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring effective controls over all operational financial activities, including reporting and recording transactions
  2. Completing payroll and pension administration
  3. Leading team budget management and reporting, including producing quarterly Management Accounts
  4. Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team and Board on financial planning and forecasting
  5. Managing key systems and processes related to finance and facilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Significant experience in finance within the charity sector, in a similar role
  2. Part or full qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) or qualified by experience
  3. Proven financial management experience
  4. Extensive experience preparing financial records for audit
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
