Job summary

HR GO Group in Ashford is seeking a Finance Analyst (Part Time) to support the CFO and Senior Finance Officer with monthly management reporting and budget control. The role is 3 days per week, 8am–4pm, permanent. You will coordinate financial systems, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and funding requirements.

The ideal candidate holds AAT Level 4 or equivalent, demonstrates strong communication, and can work independently or in a team.

• As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key member of the finance team, working closely with the CFO and Senior Finance Officer to provide financial support to budget holders and senior leaders across the organisation.
• You will be expected to take a strategic view of the finance function, while maintaining a hands‑on approach to deliver effective monthly management reporting and strong budgetary control.
