Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Finance Analyst (Part Time) in Ashford, Kent. The role is permanent, 3 days per week (8am - 4pm) with a salary of £21,758 per annum.

You will support budget holders and senior leaders across the organisation while ensuring robust monthly reporting and budgetary control. Ideal candidates will have an accounting qualification (AAT Level 4 or equivalent), strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with discretion and across finance

Job Title: Finance Analyst (Part Time)

Location: Ashford

Job Purpose:

• As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key member of the finance team, working closely with the CFO and Senior Finance Officer to provide financial support to budget holders and senior leaders across the organisation.
• You will be expected to take a strategic view of the finance function, while maintaining a hands-on approach to deliver effective monthly management reporting and strong budgetary control.
• Manage and coordinate the organisation's financial systems, processes, and projects, including recommending and implementing system and process improvements.
• Coordinate and control finance processes in line with internal financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory, audit, and funding requirements (as applicable).
