Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join CPS in Leatherhead/ South Mimms.

Role Purpose:

We’re looking for a driven and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality reporting, supporting transformation projects, and providing valuable insights to stakeholders across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Partner with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to streamline and improve reporting processes
  • Support transformation and continuous improvement projects across the finance function
  • Prepare and maintain monthly results packs for internal stakeholders
  • Act as finance lead for Enabling Functions, providing analysis and support
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Own and enhance cash reporting and related forecasting activities
  • Support plant reporting, working with operational teams to analyse performance
  • Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests

Who we're looking for

  • 0–1 years post-qualification experience (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
  • Solid experience with Power BI, Power Query, and advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
