Job summary

TTIGROUP is seeking a Finance Analyst to lead end-to-end governance and optimisation of IT spend across EMEA from Maidenhead. You will partner with Technology leadership to ensure cost visibility and accountability, supporting investment decisions with scenario modelling.

The role requires strong FinOps experience, advanced forecasting, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Maidenhead.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Financial Controlling or Finance Business Partnering.
  • Experience managing IT spend at scale and driving cost optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of IT cost structures including cloud, SaaS, and infrastructure.
  • Hands-on FinOps and cost optimisation frameworks knowledge.
  • Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and analytics; able to partner with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own governance and control of IT spend across software, cloud, infrastructure, vendors, and labour.
  • Implement financial controls and cost classification (run/change/transform).
  • Partner with Finance to align with accounting standards and drive cost visibility.
  • Lead IT budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling.
  • Develop multi-dimensional IT cost models covering ownership, platforms, and business drivers.
  • Provide insight-led reporting to Technology and Finance leadership.
  • Highlight cost drivers, risks, and optimisation opportunities; coach leaders on cost structures.

It supports the Technology organisation by ensuring IT investments are controlled, financially disciplined, and clearly connected to business value.Reporting to the Finance Director (Operations), you will partner closely with the VP of Technology & Business Process and operate as a core member of the IT leadership team. A key part of the role is to strengthen financial maturity across IT by improving cost ownership, forecasting discipline, and optimisation behaviours.The position focuses on helping Technology leadership make better investment decisions through clearer cost visibility, stronger controls, and insight-led reporting.
