Job summary

Trace is recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a successful, listed Wealth and Investment Management firm on a long-term FTC. You will report to a Finance Business Partner and provide meaningful internal reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders.

Key duties include preparing the monthly management accounts pack, cost reporting, planning and forecasting, and enhancing financial processes while ensuring accurate reporting and supporting finance projects.

Qualifications

• Ideally a qualified accountant with strong cost management reporting and analysis experience.
• First-class interpersonal skills for communicating with senior management and external stakeholders.
• Excellent systems and data visualisation skills including MS Excel.
• Immediately available / short notice period.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the monthly management accounts pack for review.
• Provide analytical insight to senior stakeholders including cost reporting, planning and forecasting.
• Improve the management information and financial processes.
• Work with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Provide high quality analysis, insight and decision support to the Finance Business Partner.
• Be involved in finance projects.
