A leading healthcare organization in Glasgow is seeking a Financial Analysis Analyst to assist with financial reporting and analytics. The role involves preparing monthly reports, managing payroll journals, and performing financial analysis. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and relevant experience. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel and familiar with tools like TM1 and Alteryx.

Competenze

• Two or more years of financial analysis or related experience.
• Expense control experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with the quarterly forecasting cycle and monthly reporting for Opex.
• Work with financial analysis advisors to provide financial reporting and analytics.
• Support the monthly close process ensuring all journals are booked.
• Prepare payroll journal including analysis relating to all FTE.
• Analyze actual results and forecasted outlook.
• Prepare quarterly bonus schedules.
