Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
Join our esteemed finance team as a Finance Analyst at RICS, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial management and strategic decision-making. You will ensure financial stability and success through detailed analysis, reporting, and insightful business partnering across the organisation.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting, managing monthly executive packs and variance analyses to promote informed decision-making and accountability.
• Engage collaboratively in the budgeting and forecasting processes, working with department heads to ensure accurate and fair financial planning.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports, facilitating strategic insights that support the diverse needs and goals of each directorate.
• Create and sustain financial models to support a range of decision-making scenarios, ensuring inclusivity in considering various stakeholder impacts.
• Uphold rigorous compliance with financial regulations, supporting an ethical and transparent financial environment.
About You
• You possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and demonstrate effective analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Your ability to communicate clearly enables you to convey complex financial data to a broad audience, ensuring inclusiveness and comprehension.
• You are reliable and committed to maintaining high standards in financial reporting and compliance, with a thorough attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Your enthusiasm for continuous learning is evident as you may be pursuing a Chartered finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365/Power BI and a good understanding of financial principles are beneficial.
