Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

Join our esteemed finance team as a Finance Analyst at RICS, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial management and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting detailed financial analysis and reporting, managing monthly executive packs and variance analyses to promote informed decision-making and accountability.
  2. Engaging collaboratively in budgeting and forecasting processes, working with department heads to ensure accurate financial planning.
  3. Generating comprehensive financial reports to support strategic insights across directorates.
  4. Creating and maintaining financial models for decision-making scenarios, considering stakeholder impacts.
  5. Upholding compliance with financial regulations, supporting an ethical financial environment.
About You

• You possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with effective analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Your clear communication skills enable you to convey complex financial data to diverse audiences.
• You are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards in financial reporting and compliance.
• You have a passion for continuous learning and may be pursuing a Chartered finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365/Power BI and a good understanding of financial principles are advantageous.
