Job summary

Telecom Acquisitions Limited is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the finance team in Horsham. This permanent, full-time role focuses on month-end processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting to support two operating group companies.

The ideal candidate has prior finance experience, is part qualified, and proficient in Excel. You will engage in month-end close, KPI reporting, and ad-hoc analyses to aid senior management decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance including month end and financial reporting.
• Part qualified and progressing studies in accounting or finance.
• Strong Excel skills and IT literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly reconciliation process for supplier invoices and drive process improvements.
• Correspond with suppliers to resolve account issues.
• Prepare monthly KPI and management reports.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and assist P&L for operating groups.
• Conduct margin analysis and support budgeting/forecasting.

Location: Horsham

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: up to £35k (dependent on experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week. Core working hours Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

We're scaling fast, and we're looking for a highly skilled and experience Finance Analyst to support our busy finance team

What you will be doing

• Support the monthly reconciliation process for supplier invoices, elevate challenges and drive process change throughout the business.
• Corresponding with suppliers to resolve account challenges.
• Monthly KPI & management reporting.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• P&L preparation for 2 of the operating group company's
• Margin analysis.
• Supporting Budgeting and Forecasting activities.
• End to End monthly close process - Journals through to commentary.
• Presentation of the monthly results.
• Review & support payment runs.
• Loss making customer review.
• Support annual RPI process.
• Ad-hoc analysis to support the Senior Management Team.

What we are looking for

• Previous Experience in finance, including month end and financial reporting
• Part qualified and progressing study
• IT literate with excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge
• You will have both excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You will be a positive, pro‑active and personable individual who will fit in well with this dynamic small team of individuals
• You will be self‑motivated and able to meet deadlines without direct, daily supervision
• Ad hoc duties as requested by the Financial Manager
