Job summary

Telecom Acquisitions Limited (TAL) is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the busy finance team in Horsham. This is a permanent, full-time role with a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm) and a salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.

You will support month-end close, reconciliations, P&L and balance sheet, KPI reporting and budgeting activities, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The role includes pension, health care and holiday benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in finance, including month end and financial reporting.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and IT literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly reconciliation process for supplier invoices and drive process improvements.
• Correspondence with suppliers to resolve account challenges.
• Monthly KPI & management reporting.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and P&L preparation for operating groups.
• End to end monthly close process – journals through to commentary.
• Ad hoc analysis to support Senior Management Team.

We’re scaling fast, and we’re looking for a highly skilled and experience Finance Analyst to support our busy finance team

What you will be doing

• Support the monthly reconciliation process for supplier invoices, escape challenges and drive process change throughout the business.
• Corresponding with suppliers to resolve account challenges.
• Monthly KPI & management reporting.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• P&L preparation for 2 of the operating group company’s
• Margin analysis.
• Supporting Budgeting and Forecasting activities.
• End to End monthly close process – Journals through to commentary.
• Presentation of the monthly results.
• Review & support payment runs.
• Loss making customer review.
• Support annual RPI process.
• Ad-hoc analysis to support the Senior Management Team.

What we are looking for

• Previous Experience in finance, including month end and financial reporting
• Part qualified and progressing study
• IT literate with excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge
• You will have both excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You will be a positive, pro-active and personable individual who will fit in well with this dynamic small team of individuals
• You will be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without direct, daily supervision
• Ad hoc duties as requested by the Financial Manager
