About the Role

As an Analyst, you will utilize a blend of soft skills, business knowledge, system thinking, and change management techniques. Your role is to provide high-quality analytical insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly accounts for Business Partner review.
• Engage with stakeholders to manage costs and participate in planning and forecasting.
• Develop and improve financial processes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and systems operation, including external audits.
• Build strong partnerships and share best practices.
• Provide analysis, insights, and decision support alongside Business Partners.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong knowledge of finance, including strategy, processes, and governance.
• Experience in an analytical role within Financial Services or Big 4 audit experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Results-driven attitude with a focus on excellence.
• High attention to detail and timely delivery of work.
• Ability to work independently with agility and escalate issues appropriately.
• Professional credibility and integrity.
• Ability to think abstractly about business functions and technology.
