CMA Recruitment Group is supporting a client based in Central Bournemouth, Dorset, who are recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join their growing finance team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an aspiring commercial analyst to work closely with the Head of Sales and the finance department, providing financial modelling and analytical insights for tendering.

Location and Working Arrangements:

• Based in central Bournemouth with good transport links.
• Open, bright office space with flexible home working up to 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare overhead reports, including reconciliation and commentary on movements.
2. Complete budgets and forecasts for capital expenditure.
3. Communicate regularly with non-finance stakeholders to provide cost visibility.
4. Develop financial models for tendering, working closely with the sales team to provide insights.
5. Perform ad hoc project-based analytical work.

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident in using systems and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with non-finance departments.
• Experience in bid management or data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
