As a Finance Analyst at Connect Plus Services (CPS), you’ll be joining a high-performing team supporting the operation and improvement of the M25, one of the UK’s most vital infrastructure networks.

With 15 years of work remaining on this nationally significant joint venture, this role offers not only a meaningful challenge but also long-term career stability and development. Based in Leatherhead or South Mimms, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate reporting, supporting strategic transformation, and enabling data-driven decisions across the business.

This is more than just a numbers role—you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, translate complex data into clear insights, and contribute to projects that keep the country connected. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Finance Analyst, you’ll be more than a number cruncher—you’ll be a key enabler of insight, efficiency, and transformation across one of the UK’s most impactful infrastructure projects. Your work will help guide strategic decisions, drive performance, and support a collaborative finance function that’s future-focused.

In this exciting and varied role, you will:

Design and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards and reports, turning data into actionable insight

Partner with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to simplify reporting and enhance decision-making processes

Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, identifying smarter ways to work across the team

Prepare monthly results packs that deliver clear value to internal stakeholders

Lead financial support for Enabling Functions, offering tailored analysis and budget oversight

Assist with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs

Own cash reporting and forecasting, supporting strong financial control

Collaborate with operational teams to report on and improve plant performance

Provide ad-hoc analysis, helping teams across the business respond quickly to evolving priorities

0–1 years post-qualification experience (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)

Confidence in Power BI, Power Query, and advanced Excel

A strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
