Job summary

Mackie Myers Ltd in Oxford is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the finance team. You will work with the Head of FP&A on financial analysis, reporting and planning across the business. The role offers exposure to commercial finance and broader strategic decision support.

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong Excel skills and a collaborative mindset, able to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders and work across multi-entity environments.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Previous FP&A/financial analysis or commercial finance experience
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience in an international or multi-entity environment is advantageous
• Analytical and commercially aware with good attention to detail
• Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Able to work collaboratively across different areas of the business
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across different functions and locations

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular financial analysis and management information
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Produce reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders

Mackie Myers has partnered with an established Oxford based business to appoint a Finance Analyst to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a collaborative organisation, working closely with finance and operational teams and gaining broad exposure across financial analysis, reporting and planning.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will play an important role in providing financial insight and analysis to support business performance and decision-making. You will work across a range of reporting, planning and analytical activities, helping to ensure the business has clear, accurate and timely financial information.

Main Duties
