We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial data to provide insights and support decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate should have exceptional analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, preferably within Finance function.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in BI and Analytics or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
At least 3 years’ proven experience as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience of delivering end to end data products
Experience of working with massive volumes of data
Experience of ensuring data quality and integrity
Attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience working in the gaming industry is a plus.
Technical Requirements
Advanced/Expert - Excel
Intermediate/Advanced - Power BI (or similar BI tool)
Advanced - SQL
Intermediate/Advanced - Python(pandas, sklearn)
Nice to have - IBM Planning Analytics
