Finance Analyst // Financial Services // London // Salary: £45k // Hybrid

I am currently working alongside an established financial services firm looking to add a finance analyst to the team. This is a key role working closely with the CFO and finance director, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who is part-qualified and eager to gain exposure across all aspects of finance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
2. Business partnering with financial and non-financial stakeholders
3. Booking research revenue journals, including deferrals and accruals
4. Performing daily reconciliations and revenue flash reporting
5. Completing monthly journals and reconciliations, including maintaining the fixed asset register
6. Reviewing month-end accounts and posting prepayments
7. Comparing budget with P&L actuals and investigating errors and variances
8. Providing ad hoc analysis, delivering projects, and supporting day-to-day problem solving
