A well-established financial institution is seeking two Finance Analysts to provide short-term support for transaction processing and customer service functions at their Huntingdon office. This temporary engagement is to assist with a backlog following the introduction of a new system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Transaction Processing: Manage and process invoices, statements, and payments efficiently and accurately
  • Customer Liaison: Respond to customer queries and manage incoming communications via shared mailboxes
  • Cash Collection & Arrears Management: Support the collection of outstanding payments and handle arrears in line with internal procedures
  • Utilise the newly implemented Jaama system to carry out day-to-day processing tasks
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure service standards are maintained

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an accounts support, finance administration, or customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing shared inboxes and high volumes of correspondence
  • Confidence in handling sensitive financial information and cash collection activities
  • Familiarity with new systems and a flexible approach to learning (experience with Jaama is a plus but not required)
  • Ability to work on-site in Huntingdon, England 5 days a week
