Telecom Acquisitions Limited is seeking a Finance Analyst in Horsham to join our busy finance team. You will support month-end processes, supplier reconciliations, KPI reporting, and balance sheet work across our UK operations.

The ideal candidate is part-qualified with strong Microsoft Excel skills, solid finance experience, and excellent verbal and written communication. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role offers clear progression opportunities in a dynamic, small team.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, including month end and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly reconciliation process for supplier invoices, elevate challenges and drive process change throughout the business.
• Corresponding with suppliers to resolve account challenges.
• Monthly KPI & management reporting.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• P&L preparation for 2 of the operating group companies.
• Margin analysis.
• Supporting Budgeting and Forecasting activities.
• End to End monthly close process - Journals through to commentary.
• Presentation of the monthly results.
• Review & support payment runs.
• Loss making customer review.
• Support annual RPI process.
• Ad-hoc analysis to support the Senior Management Team.

Finance Analyst

Location: Horsham

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: up to £35k (dependent on experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week. Core working hours Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

What you will be doing

What we are looking for

• Previous Experience in finance, including month end and financial reporting
• Part qualified and progressing study
• IT literate with excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge
• You will have both excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You will be a positive, pro-active and personable individual who will fit in well with this dynamic small team of individuals
• You will be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without direct, daily supervision Ad hoc duties as requested by the Financial Manager
