Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking a qualified finance professional to lead FP&A and reporting for the Digital P&L across Merchandising and Digital Teams. You will provide insightful analysis, challenge commitments, and partner with non-finance managers to drive commercial decision-making.

The role includes end-to-end planning, month-end reporting, and evaluating ROI on digital spend, with a focus on margins and stock KPIs. Flexible working and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with CIMA/ACA/ACCA.
• Commercial finance experience in retail or ecommerce preferred.
• Experience partnering with non-finance managers.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with drive to impact.
• Excellent written and oral communication; can simplify complex information.

Responsibilities

• Provide insightful reporting across Sales & Margin performance for all channels.
• Review month-end actuals with clear board-level commentary.
• Deliver FP&A processes for Trading Sales and Margin.
• Prepare financial appraisals for promotions and marketing spend on Digital & Marketing.
• Support ROI planning and measurement across Digital Marketing spend.
• Report on stock KPIs and highlight margin risks from excess stock.
• Provide coverage/support for the wider Commercial Finance team.

Job description

You will provide insightful reporting to deliver overall Digital P&L in line with agreed targets across the Merchandising and Digital Teams for Monsoon and Accessorize.,

• Deliver insightful reporting and analysis across Sales & Margin performance for all channels
• Review month-end actuals, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis, across web and digital marketplaces providing clear, commercially focused Board level commentary
• Deliver the Financial Planning and Forecasting processes for Trading Sales and Margin
• Prepare financial appraisals for key promotional and marketing spend across Digital and Marketing channels
• Support the planning, measurement and optimisation of Return on Investment (ROI) across all Digital Marketing spend
• Report on key Stock KPIs, identifying & highlighting financial risks to margin arising from excess stock
• Support the wider Commercial Finance team with cover and ad hoc support as required

• Fully Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)
