Marks Sattin (UK) Ltd partners with a well-established international organisation to recruit a Finance Analyst into a high-performing commercial finance team. This role suits part-qualified or recently qualified finance professionals seeking progression in a business-facing role.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, translating data into actionable insights to drive performance across an international operation.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience within management reporting, budgeting, forecasting or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in developing a career within commercial finance.
• Exposure to Power BI, AI-enabled reporting tools or automation would be advantageous but isn't essential.
