Job summary

St James Academy, part of Dudley Academies Trust, is seeking a passionate Behaviour Manager to lead a whole-school behaviour strategy. You will oversee targeted interventions, support staff with behaviour management, and act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.

You will lead targeted interventions, support staff with behaviour management, and act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. This role includes line management, delivering training, analysing data, and engaging with families and external agencies.
