Job summary

St James Academy, part of Dudley Academies Trust, is seeking a passionate Behaviour Manager to lead a whole-school behaviour strategy. You will oversee targeted interventions, support staff with behaviour management, and act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.

You will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team, analyse data, and engage with families and external agencies to improve learner outcomes and remove barriers to success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading behaviour strategies in a school environment.
• Ability to train and support staff in behaviour management.
• Experience analysing behaviour data to inform interventions.

Responsibilities
