Job summary

Caremark Rotherham & Sheffield is seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to join our growing team. The role involves providing essential support to the finance and management team across a range of financial and administrative functions.

The position is three days per week, 9am-5pm, with potential for flexibility. Prior finance experience and strong communication skills are required, and an Enhanced DBS check will be completed due to safeguarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAGE, payroll, invoicing, record keeping, compliance and reconciliation, sales/purchase and general ledger knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in company-wide budgetary planning.
• Ensure financial practices comply with statutory regulations.
• Support internal audit to ensure procedures are followed.
• Develop and maintain financial systems, policies and procedures.
