Additional Resources is recruiting a Finance Manager / Management Accountant to join a family-run care provider delivering residential, nursing, respite and specialist dementia care in Lancashire.

This is a full-time 12-month maternity cover role. You will manage day-to-day finance operations, produce monthly management accounts and provide accurate financial information for decision-making, with a salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in a finance management or management accounting role.
• Experience with payroll, VAT, pensions and HMRC submissions.
• Background in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly management accounts and group financial reports.
• Complete bank, balance sheet and control account reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring and cost control.
• Manage supplier invoices, payment processes, resident and local authority invoicing, and credit control.
• Support fee and supplier contract negotiations.
• Process monthly payroll, HMRC submissions, VAT returns and pension submissions.
• Review expenditure, identify cost efficiencies and provide financial analysis to senior management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and effective financial controls across the business.
