Location: Guildford - Free Parking (Must be able to drive!)

Salary: 25,000 per year + Benefits (20 days holiday, 8 bank holidays, Christmas bonus, Pension)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join a successful family business in Guildford!

You will be joining the busy team supporting them with their main finance functions but also carrying out various other administration tasks!

Duties include:

  • Managing sales and purchase ledgers and assisting with credit control.
  • Processing payroll and performing monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Supporting quarterly VAT return preparation
  • Handle customer service inquiries
  • Support office tasks such as typing quotations and delivery notes

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A passion for finance and be on their way to completing AAT qualifications.
  • At least 2 years' office experience and confidence with Microsoft Excel.
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g. Sage, VT) is a plus!
  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role within logistics is an advantage.
