Job summary

Pest Control Partnership (UK) Ltd is seeking a Finance Administrator to support day-to-day invoicing and cash collection during a post-acquisition period. You will be embedded with local operations and report to the Head Office Finance team, contributing to new ways of working.

The role is hands-on, requires strong organisation and communication, and offers hybrid working after training. Experience with finance processes and Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day finance queries and credit control activity.
  • Raise invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Proactively chase outstanding debt and overdue balances.
  • Resolve invoice and account queries with customers and internal teams.
  • Support improvements to cash collection and debtor performance.
  • Collaborate with local teams and Head Office Finance.
  • Contribute to implementing practical, sustainable finance processes.
  • Provide regular updates on debtor positions and issues.
  • D365 integration and building processes for lasting use.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to support one of our recently acquired business entities. This hands‑on, operational role supports day‑to‑day invoicing and cash collection during a period of significant change. You will be embedded within the local operation, working day‑to‑day in the office and with on‑site teams, while reporting directly to the Head Office Finance team. This role will be challenging and hands‑on, supporting the business through its post‑acquisition journey and the implementation of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer day‑to‑day finance queries and credit control activity
  • Raise invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Proactively chase outstanding debt and follow up on overdue balances
  • Resolve invoice and account queries with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support improvements to cash collection and debtor performance
  • Work closely with local teams and Head Office Finance
  • Contribute to introducing practical, sustainable finance processes
  • Provide regular updates on debtor positions and outstanding issues
  • D365 integration & building processes to last
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in finance administration

  • Comfortable working independently in less structured or basic environments
  • Adaptable, solution‑focused, and willing to challenge poor processes constructively
  • Experience working through business change is advantageous
  • Own transport with the option of hybrid working once training is completed
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & manual working
