Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a finance role, agency experience a plus.

  • Confident communicator, proactive and highly organized.

Finance Administrator 12 months maternity cover - starting August 2025

Location:Leamington Spa

Salary: £24k - £27k pa

Working Hours:Part-Time/Hybrid Working/Flexible Hours available

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance: Manage bookkeeping, invoicing (Xero), VAT returns, payroll, and payment processing.
  • Admin: Handle company phone, CRM systems, staff & associate liaison and document filing.
  • HR & Payroll: Maintain employee records, process payroll, and track leave.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements across finance and admin.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in a finance role (agency experience a plus)
  • Proficient with CRM (WorkFlowMax preferred) and Xero
  • Strong in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word)
  • Confident communicator, proactive, highly organized
