Job description

We are seeking a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our friendly Trust Finance Team on a full-time basis. The role is 37.5 hours per week and is offered on a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations of the school, with responsibilities including income processing, basic credit control, maintaining accurate financial records and responding to financial enquiries from parents and staff.

Previous experience in a finance role is not essential. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the confidence to work with financial systems and data. A professional and approachable manner, together with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and accurately, is essential.

Interview date: Wednesday 16 September
