Beacon Hill Academy in South Ockendon is seeking a Finance Administration Officer to join our academy office team on a part-time basis (minimum 20 hours per week, three days, including Fridays). The role sits within school hours (8am–4pm) and may extend to full-time for the right candidate in the future.
You will work with the Finance Manager to handle day-to-day financial operations, payroll, invoices, budget support, and general administration in a busy educational setting.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive Finance Administration Officer to join our Academy office team. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the Academy, whilst developing the skills and knowledge required to provide cover for all aspects of the Finance Manager's role when required.
